This cushion is very soft and comfortable. The picture is good quality and the cushion is very well made. Very happy, it’s a lovely way to remember a sadly missed pet.

I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing a memory blanket for my mum for Christmas. It is so awful that I was disappointed and disgusted by the way these people made my mother look, she looks like a bad version of a cartoon character on it.

I complained of course and now they haven’t even bothered replying, please purchase elsewhere and don’t waste your money with these people. The customer service team told me it was hand made but if you saw my blanket you would say otherwise, it is clearly not.

I would NOT recommend you purchasing anything from this company because you may as well say goodbye to your money, they won’t give a refund. If I could give no stars then I would.

What a waste of money, I guess I’ll give the blanket to my dog to wipe his backside on.
