The quality of the key ring wasn’t great, but disappointing

Photo quality is awful. Very blurry and pixelated!! Emailed customer service and yet to have a response and by looking at the reviews, I’m not the only one! AVOID!!!
Website says 3-5 working days for delivery, I waited 18 days. Missed my sisters 10th birthday. I tried emailing the company chasing the delivery but they never responded within the 24hr timeframe which they’ve stated they would. The lack of communication is poor. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the company and would never order here again. Decent Stanley cup but the photo is literally a sticker stuck on, I can’t imagine it lasting long.
