Excellent customer service

I ordered a dog-shaped cushion but a square cushion was sent instead. When I emailed to say that the wrong item had been made, I received an email straight away and a replacement, the correct item, was sent to me. Although , initially, the wrong thing was made, the customer service was so good and prompt that I was very happy with the outcome. I have ordered a few things and have always been extremely impressed with the quality and speed of delivery. Would highly recommend.
